Our film thickness gauge meticulously measures coating thickness, thereby ensuring the uniformity of product surface treatment. The friction coefficient tester evaluates the sliding performance of materials, reinforcing the durability and reliability of our products. The metallographic microscope and spectrometer are instrumental in conducting microstructure analysis and compositional testing of materials, thereby ensuring their purity and performance. The salt spray tester is utilized to assess the corrosion resistance of products, while the three-coordinate measuring machine delivers precise dimensional measurements. The Vickers and Rockwell hardness testers are employed to evaluate the hardness of materials and finished products following heat treatment. Complementing these, the riveting machine and universal testing machine are utilized for component installation and tensile strength testing of materials, respectively.
